2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and/or services offered through the website www.vibra-corp.com.

Placing an order implies the user’s express and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Products and Services

The products and/or services offered are described as accurately as possible. However, VIBRALIFECORP S.L. does not guarantee that the descriptions are entirely accurate, although it commits to correcting any errors as soon as they are identified.

4. Sale Prices

  • All prices are shown in euros (€).

  • Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed separately before completing the purchase.

  • VIBRALIFECORP S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

5. Payment Methods

Customers can pay using any of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal / Stripe / Bizum / others

The order will be considered confirmed once full payment is received.

6. Purchase Process

The purchase process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of product or service

  2. Entry of billing and shipping information

  3. Order review

  4. Confirmation and payment

  5. Receipt of a confirmation email

7. Shipping Terms and Delivery Times

  • Shipments are made to Spain / Peninsula / Balearic Islands / Canary Islands / EU.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days for Peninsula orders from confirmation. For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and EU, delivery may take 4-10 business days depending on the service and destination.

  • VIBRALIFECORP S.L. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or due to force majeure.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify VIBRALIFECORP S.L. clearly via email: ayuda@vibra-corp.com.

9. Returns

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the company, except if the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized products

  • Digital downloadable products once the download has started

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed

10. Legal Warranty

All products come with a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with Spanish law.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
