Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Free exchanges within 30 days.

• Returns accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

• From the second exchange onward, shipping costs will apply.

• If you choose a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at ayuda@vibra-corp.com.
